Elle Whyatt

Starting her real estate career and obtaining her sales license in 1997, Elle has over 25 years’ experience working over all facets of the real estate and property industry including conveyancing, property management, sales (including land and new builds), marketing and business management.

Joining Klemich in 2009 working alongside Matt Smith, Elle then stepped away to start her own business and family, re-joining in 2015 to work closely with Oren Klemich as his Business Manager and going on to manage the businesses of some of Adelaide’s top-performing Agents.

Having spent the last five years as Klemich’s Business Manager, Elle brings her wealth of business and sales/marketing knowledge to the role and is responsible for the day-to-day operations at Klemich. Managing all areas of the business and ensuring Klemich is at the forefront with the latest property technology, marketing trends, training, systems, and up to date legislative requirements.

In addition to her operational leadership role at Klemich, Elle partners with Matt Smith to oversee the pre-sale marketing journey and vendor experience for his premium clientele, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to ensure every home is strategically prepared, thoughtfully presented and launched to market with a bespoke campaign tailored to achieve the strongest possible result.

Implementing several strategic customer service systems, Elle aims to provide our sales agents and clients with a cohesive full-service Klemich experience.

In her spare time, Elle is a passionate cook who can be found in her home kitchen whipping up meals for her family and friends, she also loves lifting heavy weights, spending time with her family, travelling and hitting a few golf balls when she has time.
