Who are we?

Our Founder Oren Klemich has been awarded the prestigious Sir Robert Torrens Award by the REISA and is a former REISA President and currently sits on the Board of the National Organ Donation Authority.

Matt Smith, owner and Managing Director is 4 times South Australian Salesperson of the Year (current 2023 winner), sits on the Board of the REISA and is a judge for the Australasian international auctioneering competition and past president of the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers. Both volunteer their time and expertise to industry bodies and have been recognised as true leaders in their profession.

Servicing South Australia and specialising in the inner southern, eastern and northern suburbs of Adelaide, our repeat and referral client base means we sell property from the Fleurieu Peninsula to the Adelaide Hills and across to Adelaide’s famous beaches. Our property management department services inner eastern suburbs of Adelaide.
