Information for Tenants

If you have been searching for a rental property and think you may have found the perfect one for you, it is a necessity to complete the tenancy application form if you wish to be considered as a potential tenant.

In this process, we require some of your personal details to be disclosed. These include:
– rental history (both current and previous)
– employment and income details
– identification (at least 100 points of identification per tenant applying)
– references who will be readily available, as well as their business and after hours contact details.

If you require any assistance with this, our friendly reception staff are more than willing to help, free of charge (even if it’s simply to photocopy your identification).

Please be aware, we do check the National Tenancy Databases through this process.

It is crucial that you follow all instructions detailed on the form and complete it entirely. This simply allows us to confirm applications are able to pay rent on time and consistently maintain the property to high standards.

Once we have received your application, we aim to get back to you within two days to let you know if you were successful or not. If your application was good but you were unsuccessful with the first property, we are always happy to keep your application on file to assist you in finding another suitable property.
